This Robert Tonner jacket from 2010 is decently priced at approximately $45.00.  The great thing about it is this:  it is 16″ fashion doll sized  — so textile costs are minimal.  The sewing is just as time-consuming as a human scale garment, so there is not great savings in labor.  However, the person sewing the product does not have the “drag” of lifting the full-sized components.  Imagine, for example, the weight and bulk of this garment in human scale if you are the last operator to deal with it.  Pretty heavy, huh?

Pretty nice with this grouping of separates from Tonner for the Tyler Wentworth line.  Read more about Robert Tonner in the Creative Presentations book that is used as the text in Fashion Promotion.
